Our volunteer therapy dogs have some words of advice to share with us humans.

Anyone who owns one could tell you that dogs know a thing or two about loyalty and enjoying the present moment. So, let’s take a queue from our therapy pups.

1. Always get up to greet your loved ones

5. When you’re happy, people see it in your demeanor

6. Eat with gusto and enthusiasm, but stop when you’ve had enough
